Our work in antibody-based technologies ranges from obtaining the appropriate antibody for antigen detection, to immobilisation on different types of surfaces (chips, particles, etc.) to obtain customised immunochemical detection tools, such as ELISA, immunofluorescence or Immuno-qPCR.
Within this framework, we are specialised in the development of lateral flow tests. We develop these protein biomarkers and pathogenic microorganisms detection strips in clinical, food, environmental, biomarker and microorganism samples. We have the capacity to support any stage of the development of rapid lateral flow detection tests: from the selection of the appropriate antibodies for the analyte of interest, their marking for visualisation, their immobilisation on strips, to the pilot development of complete detection strips. All these phases require optimisation processes that are carried out at GAIKER until the final result is obtained.
