EFQM Management Model

GAIKER follows the European Excellence Management Model since 1997. This model allows us to direct the policies and strategies of our Organisation, measure their advances and, in short, make a comprehensive reflection of our activities, with the goal of developing an efficient and effective management system based on the needs and expectations of our Stakeholders.

Our firm commitment to this management model has been recognised through various awards, thus making us the benchmark Technology Centre in this area on a European level.

	Prize Winner" of the European Excellence Awards (EEA), granted in Paris in 2008 by EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
	"Finalist" of the European Excellence Awards (EEA), granted in Budapest in 2006 by EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
	"Golden Q" award for quality management, granted in 2004 by the Basque Government through Euskalit (Basque Foundation for Quality).
	"Silver Q" award for quality management, granted in 2002 by the Basque Government through Euskalit (Basque Foundation for Quality).
