{"id":30104,"date":"2024-05-14T13:59:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T13:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gaiker.es\/gaiker-registered-as-a-knowledge-transfer-office\/"},"modified":"2024-07-19T12:33:15","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T12:33:15","slug":"gaiker-registered-as-a-knowledge-transfer-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gaiker.es\/en\/gaiker-registered-as-a-knowledge-transfer-office\/","title":{"rendered":"GAIKER registered as a Knowledge Transfer Office"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R&amp;D&amp;I and knowledge transfer has boosted the creation of units dedicated to the transfer function, the so-called \u201cKnowledge Transfer Offices\u201d (KTOs).<\/p>\n\n<p>The activity of KTOs should be geared towards building relationships between R&amp;D&amp;I knowledge creators and the industrial and social sector, and towards obtaining economic and social results from knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n\n<p>GAIKER is committed to being part of this structure and has registered as a KTO with the aim of <strong>fostering technology transfer and dissemination, promoting R&amp;D&amp;I and communicating with the industrial and social environment.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>KTO-GAIKER seeks to involve companies in the management and development of R&amp;D as a tool for competitiveness and technological progress, by undertaking projects and encouraging participation in other activities that we carry out at the Centre.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our functions include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protecting R&amp;D&amp;I results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploiting research results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative research with public and private entities, contracting R&amp;D&amp;I and technological services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting the creation of knowledge-based entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminating knowledge socially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R&amp;D&amp;I and knowledge transfer has boosted the creation of units dedicated to the transfer function, the so-called \u201cKnowledge Transfer Offices\u201d (KTOs).
