PLASTICS AND COMPOSITES

GAIKER offers R&D and innovation throughout the entire life cycle of plastic materials and composites, providing an integral service for companies that reprocess and use these materials, mainly in the following sectors: automotive, transport, aeronautics, electrical-electronic, electrical appliances and construction.

We develop innovative projects to formulate and improve materials and design pieces, including the calculation and simulation of their behaviour and their final application. We study the most suitable production process for a specific application, using the latest simulation techniques, and keeping in mind both the economic and the environmental perspective.

We also develop prototypes and study the characteristics and properties of raw materials and finished products. We work on the product with its reusability and recyclable possibilities in mind, carrying out an analysis on its full life cycle without forgetting its environmental impact.
